1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website at play.sorofutbol.com, including the inquiry, trial request, question, and download forms hosted on it. The site is operated by Soro Futbol Academy, a youth soccer training business in Poway, California.

By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Program Enrollment Is Separate

This website is for information and inquiries. Submitting a form here does not enroll a player, does not reserve a place, and does not create a contract for training.

Enrollment, payment, scheduling, and liability waivers are handled in a separate system called DaySmart Recreation. That system has its own terms and its own privacy policy, and those documents govern your enrollment. Where anything in these terms conflicts with the enrollment agreement or waiver you sign there, that document controls.

3. Who May Use This Site

You must be 18 years or older to submit any form on this site.

Our programs are for youth players, so most of our forms ask for information about a minor. When you submit information about a player under 18, you confirm that you are that player's parent or legal guardian, or that you have that person's permission to act on their behalf. You are responsible for the information you provide about a player.

This site is not directed at children, and children should not submit forms on it.

4. Information You Submit

Please give us accurate information. We use what you tell us to match a player to an appropriate program and level, and inaccurate information about a player's age or experience can place them in a group that is wrong for them.

Do not submit information about a third party unless you have their permission. If a form asks about another family's child, a first name is enough, and the field is optional.

Please do not send medical, health, or injury information through the forms on this site. If something about a player's health is relevant, call us instead.

5. Acceptable Use

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information
• Submit forms in bulk, or use scripts or automated tools against our forms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the site
• Scrape, copy, or republish our content for a competing service
• Use the site for anything unlawful, abusive, or harmful

6. Our Content

The text, photographs, video, graphics, coaching materials, downloadable guides, and design of this site belong to Soro Futbol Academy or are used with permission. You may view and share pages, and you may download and use our free guide for your own family's use.

You may not republish our content, sell it, or use it as part of a competing training or coaching service without our written permission.

7. Communications

When you submit a form, you are asking us to reply, and we will contact you about your request.

Marketing text messages and marketing email are separate, and each requires its own consent. Neither is a condition of training with us or of anything you buy. You can withdraw either consent at any time by replying STOP to a text or using the unsubscribe link in an email. Full details are in our SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

This site relies on services we do not control, including our website and messaging platform, bot protection on our forms, video hosting, and the enrollment system. We also link out to Google Maps and to our reviews.

We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of any third-party service or any site we link to. Your use of those services is governed by their terms.

9. No Guarantee of Results

We care a great deal about player development, and we will not promise you an outcome. Nothing on this site, and nothing said in a reply to an inquiry, is a guarantee of any particular result. We do not guarantee improvement in skill, playing time, selection for any team, club placement, college recruitment, or any other athletic or competitive outcome.

Testimonials and reviews on this site describe the experience of the individual who wrote them. They are not a prediction of what any other player will experience.

10. Disclaimers

This site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is complete or current.

Nothing on this site is medical, health, nutritional, or training advice for an individual player. Youth athletics carries an inherent risk of injury. Any physical activity should be discussed with a qualified professional who knows the player.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soro Futbol Academy and its owners, coaches, staff, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of this website.

This section applies to your use of this website only. It does not limit anything relating to participation in a training session, camp, or clinic. Participation is governed by the enrollment agreement and liability waiver you sign in our enrollment system, and those documents control that relationship.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soro Futbol Academy and its owners, coaches, staff, and contractors from any claim, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of this site, your breach of these terms, or information you submitted about another person without authority to do so.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or block access to this site, or decline to respond to submissions, if we reasonably believe the site is being misused. We may also modify or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
